Xander has been amazing today. Once everyone figured out the water softener exploded, he went right to work trying to get that gunk out of our pipes. His recommendations were respectfully presented, he explained anything I needed. Just a super joy to work with. We look forward to his return.

Zander (and Craig) provided excellent same-day service to a plumbing (leak) emergency. Zander identified and fixed the leak in one visit and identified options for restorative repair. He also answered lots of geeky questions about how to prevent reoccurrence. I appreciate the level of customer care and quality assurance.
