Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling Service Club Agreement

Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling Service Club Agreement includes:

  • System Inspection:
    • 1 Seasonal Basic clean and check of a furnace
    • 1 Seasonal Basic clean and check of an AC unit
    • 1 water heater flush of a tank style water heater 6 years old or newer. Units with a plastic drain valve may not be eligible.
  • A 10% discount on all service work up to $100.00
  • No service charges are charged to Service Club members during regular business hours.

Customers are requested to call and set up the twice yearly service club visits at their convenience. However, we’ll typically call to schedule your appointment if we don’t hear from you.

Monthly Service Agreement:

$25.00 / month
  • 1 Furnace inspection and cleaning
  • 1 AC unit inspection and cleaning
  • 1 Water heater inspection and flush
  • 10% off of any other service up to $100

Additional charges apply per extra furnace, AC unit and water heater.
Landowner/Second Home Discount Plan: Ask us for a quote to maintain more than one property or unit.

Minimum 1 year commitment required.

Basic Clean/Inspection: Furnace

We know how inconvenient it is when your furnace breaks down on one of the coldest days of winter! Avoid the problem by keeping your equipment in top condition to maximize performance with our 21 point tune up. This maintenance also satisfies the manufacturer’s requirements for warranties.

  • Check thermostat
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check / lubricate fan or pump motor
  • Check blower motor amps
  • Check filter system (clean / replace filter)
  • Check & clean pilot burner / flame rod
  • Check safety controls
  • Check & adjust heat rise
  • Test for carbon monoxide
  • Check humidifier damper
  • Inspect gas piping
  • Inspect chimney / venting system
  • Clean burners
  • Check secondary heat exchanger
  • Check & clean condensate pump / lines
  • Check & adjust firing rate
  • Inspect & adjust electrical connections
  • Check system airflow
  • Identify system switch and/or breaker
  • Camera inspection

When the inspection is completed, you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.

Basic Clean/Inspection AC Unit

An AC tune up and clean keeps your air conditioning system in good working order. It includes:

  • Inspect refrigerant levels and pressure
  • Check and adjust thermostat
  • Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors, and relays
  • Inspect evaporator coil
  • Inspect and clean condenser
  • Inspect condensate drain
  • Inspect outdoor disconnect
  • Inspect condenser fan motor and blades
  • Inspect compressor at startup amp draws and running amp draws

When the inspection is completed, you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.

No refunds will be issued for canceled Service Agreements; however, the Service Agreement is transferable to new owners of the home.
