Craig Brazanskas
Craig Brazanskas has been in the plumbing field for over 25 years. Having worked for large companies through most of his career, he opened Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling in 2016. His desire to bring common sense, affordable plumbing, and HVAC solutions to homeowners prompted him to put his name prominently in the company. Craig has honed his skills as a Master Plumber, keeping up with and using the latest in water filtration and green and energy-efficient technologies. Craig has taken HVAC NATE certification classes to grow his abilities as an HVAC company owner. “I love what I do, helping homeowners, and working in a field that protects the health of our nation.” Craig is a respected supervisor and mentor. Craig plans to grow Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling to continue to serve the needs of the north metro and northern Colorado communities.
Craig lives in Broomfield with his wife, Christine, and two of his four sons.
Dean Thomsen has been in the HVAC industry for over 10 years, starting as an install technician for a large company, learning how to install systems and diagnosis and solve HVAC problems for 3 years before moving to a full technician position. Dean holds his Master Mechanical license and is working to achieve his Master Plumbers license. Dean attends continuing education classes and has earned several certifications, increasing his knowledge and skills with plumbing, HVAC, and air filtration systems. Dean says working in HVAC has been the best career move he ever made. He says, “my passion is working for a company that is more family-focused. While working in my current position, I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of plumbing and further my experience. Working with Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling has been the perfect position to take care of clients and their families.”
Dean enjoys spending time with his wife, Chelsey, and their three daughters. During the summer, he and his family spend most of their time at the lake soaking up the sun.

Xander Solusod
Xander Solusod is a skilled plumber with a knack for problem-solving. A former student at Legacy High School and Eastern Washington University, he is now advancing his skills in all areas of plumbing, water filtration, duct cleaning, and drain cleaning. His growth and confidence has resulted in genuine love for the job, making him a trusted professional.
Xander spends the majority of his free time at the gym and with friends and family. In 2023 Xander took first in two USAPL weight lifting competitions. He set the state record in both Squat and Total Weight in the 130lbs-132lbs weight class for both his age group (20-23) and the age group above him (24-44). Xander has known Craig since he was three years old, so he has been learning from Craig long before becoming an employee.
Grant Hoofnagle has been with Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling for nearly 3 years. He has a background in welding and automotive repairs. Grant got into the industry because he loves to work with his hands. With Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling, he has the style of work he enjoys with the added bonus of being able to help people resolve issues with their HVAC system. He’s attended many educational classes throughout the years and has acquired his Universal EPA certification.
In his free time, Grant enjoys going to the gym and gaming with friends online. At his core, Grant is a helper who is always ready to assist however he can. Grant grew up right next door to Craig so even though he has only worked with Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling for a short time, he has been family for much longer.

Joe Brazanskas
Joe Brazanskas is Craig’s second son; he joined the company after spending a few years serving as a Combat Medic in the Army and then working as an EMT. He is attending Front Range Community College full-time to finish his degree in Business while taking on the company's marketing so more people can experience the Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling advantage. He has become a certified Pro-Advantage water filtration installer as well as an apprentice plumbing technician. He plans to further his plumbing education and skills when not in school and after graduation.
Joe lives in Johnstown with his partner, Sarah, and their two dogs, Moose and Kevin.
Christine Brazanskas has been with Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling since the company started. In addition to a full-time position, she helps Craig with all aspects of the business, freeing up Craig to mentor and train the team and grow the company. Christine is interested in learning about new technologies and hearing about the solutions the team presents to customers.
Christine lives in Broomfield with her husband, Craig, and two of her four sons.
